■Instructions
Surface preparation: please clean all the components with IPA, and make sure the surface is dry and clean before dispensing;
Dispensing: please heat special-used metal needle which is with heater up to 200℃(put adhesives in metal needle); dispensing adhesives after melting;
Hot pressing: put the component in the thermocompressor; take it out of thermocompressor after hot pressing for 10-15s(190℃-200℃)
Do not have to take out unused adhesives out of metal needle.
Any unused adhesives should be stored between 8-28℃(I will go bad if store at high temperature).
They could be used directly after heating next time.
